Another AVG product is blocked installation of PC Tune up

I have just renewed my PC tune up (for two years) when I try to install if I get this error.

"AVG PC Tune up cannot be installed

You already have another AVG product on your computer that is incompatible with the one you are trying to install."

Am I able to get a refund and why have I been able to have both up till this year?

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The reason for this message to appear is because we released a different product named as "Unlimited devices" that doesn't have a license number.
It's activation is by entering the AVG my account credentials. If you have this product installed already on your PC and then try to install the AVG product that uses the license number you will get this incompatible message, however this happens only when you have the 2016 version.
I see that you have the AVG Ultimate Unlimited devices product and PC TuneUp license purchased.
To get the latest version installed please get our additional support help for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in the inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.
