And we request you to ignore the automated email reminders from AVG, as you have recently purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) that is good until 2020.6.11

Hi,  I paid my 2 yearly AVG Internet Security fee on the 11th June 2018.   I have an email with an order number confirming my payment.  I have since received another email asking for a payment due in October 2018.   I used AVG's chat line and someone called Karthik Jaishanker told me I had  paid and no more money would be taken from my account, it is "sorted"
However, today I have received yet another email from AVG saying that my cover stops in October 2018 and I should renew.  I spent a great deal of time with Karthik Jaishankar explaining the situation but AVG continue to send invoices even though I have paid for cover and AVG's Karthik Jaishankar has told me the problem is resolved.
Why am I being asked to pay twice for internet security cover?
