The massive glaring problem with the AVG support community is that instead of posting a public answer for people, you just email them personally every time, leaving the question unanswered for everyone else and negating the point of a support 'community' in the first place
Why have a question answering system when you don't give answers and just tell people to talk privately in emails to resolve individual issues
