Could you mention the version of the AVG program?

We would like to inform that as of January 2019, AVG no longer provides patches or technical support for AVG Internet Security versions 19.1 and higher installed on the Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic / Home Premium Operating System.

Customers using older versions of AVG on Windows XP or Windows Vista will continue to receive virus definition updates and be protected. However, we recommend upgrading to the newest versions of Windows and AVG to benefit from the best detection rates and the newest features available.

Trying to get answer on US support page and when I type in question- how to maintain hacker support with VISTA- it gives me the answers in foreign language!

I don't want to change this particular computer to Windows 10 due to multiple proprietary software programs that would also need upgrading so will keep Vista Home Premium.  AVG internet security shows to be still working but the hacker protection screen says expired even though I maintain the 10 devices subscription for several other computers on our network.
