What is the anti-spam setting please and how do the scores operate? It is currently set to mark messages as spam if the score is greater or equal to 90. We still get spam. Should we reduce the threshold? Thanks.

There are over a hundred so not possible. How do the settings work please? If you get multiple posts from me it's because I get the following error message every time. " Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors. "

That setting is called the aggression rate of AVG to detect the spam messages. Could you please let us know whether it is paid version or trial version of AVG you are using and the name of AVG program installed on your PC?
