Anti Spam Button Not Turning On

Hello Luke,

This isn't the expected behavior.
Restart the PC once and try turning on anti-spam feature.
If the issue persist, open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>About–> and provide the screenshot of the window here.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi there,

I recently installed AVG which comes with the full protection. On the Payments option there's a 'Fake Website Shield' function which is on and works fine. The other one is the 'Anti Spam' function but after I installed it, I can't switch the button on.

I'm clicking it but it doesn't switch to green. I closed the app and started it again but still no luck. Any help?
