Anti theft alerts

I am subscribed to AVG Ultimate. I've installed AVG 2018 on my Android and enabled anti theft. At odd periods of time while using an app, the lost/ stolen alert will sound, locking me out of my phone unless I enter the PIN. It has happened in subway tunnels, walking down the street and even as close as 10ft from my WiFi router. I wound up with no choice but to disable it. When I check my account on my.avg.com, my phone is listed twice. One tells me my anti theft is turned off; the other says my phone is lost,  I have an untrusted SIM installed, and allows me to mark phone found. When attempting to communicate with the phone, it is unable to connect to my device. This has become majorly annoying.  Please assist.

  1. Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
  2. Tap on the drawer.
  3. Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
