I downloaded and installed the AVG FREE Anti Theft app for my samsung galaxy s4 a few months ago. The subscription expired and I did not uninstall the app from my cell phone. I forgot about the trial period and made the mistake of changing my sim card and now Im locked out of my phone. I went online to log in but no devices were found. The unlock option is greyed out on my phone and on the pin recovery option is available. I dont know what it means but I tried using it and I only got a temporary pin that expired after 30 minutes. What am I to do with the Temporay Pin? How can I get this resolved soon for I need the use of my phone ASAP. HEEELPPPP!!
