I installed AVG protection on my samsung Galaxy S5 MINI in november 2014 and two days ago ,it locked my device automatically. i received a message on the device saying "This device was locked due to sim card change". Apparently i did not change my sim and could not remember my password. i clicked on forgot my password and asked for my password to be reset. i received a link but only got to see it after it had expired . Kindly assist me on how to reset.
