Just to add my name to the growing list…Anti-Theft login keeps saying wrong email & password even though they are correct. I want to change my Anti-Theft pin on the app as I have forgotten it. I click on recover pin and the email says my security pin is 6 digits long! (letters and numbers) whereas the pin code entry on the phone is only 4 digits!!! I am totally confused, hence the need to reset my security pin. I suspect that the 6 digit pin is for when you unlock the phone after a sim change. If this is the case, then how do I get the 4 digit pin if when i click on recover pin it sends me the wrong one!
Also the app and the website don't seem to communicate with each other. Let me explain…
I bought my AVG Antivirus Pro subscription through Google Play store (renews December 2016). When I log in to AVG My account through a browser it says i have no active subscriptions and no order history. Is this normal? Are they separate entities? Please someone put me out of my misery and enlighten me.
