Hi everyone,

I just signed up to active the anti-theft feature on my "AVG for Xperia Pro" app.

However, I am unable to login within the app, although I am using the exact same login information I got to access my AVG account through the web-browser and the community.

I even changed my password and restarted my smartphone (Xperia XZ 1 Compact) but the login still failed in the app.

I would be very grateful if you could help me out with this issue.

thank you for the prompt reply. I attached a screenshot regarding this issue.

Hopefully I can get around this problem in some way.
