Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in all of the details and at the bottom you will get the option to get "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
I just change my sim card having the same number as prevoius one, but i dont remember the unlock password, i have even tried to use the old sim card to remove anti theft but the same was asked even for the old sim. So i tried to unlock it through avgmobilation.com however it cannot locate my phone. Also my phone is connected to wifi but there is no reset link like i ve forgotten my password in the lockscreen. So i dont know what to do can you please help?
