The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I am on a tour to paris & in this regard i used the MAtrix sim card so local calling can be done.
however after putting the sim card and as i switched on my mobile. it is showing antitheft message and password to unlock.
Please note i do not recall the password, please suggest what is to be done so phone can be used.i dont remember whether i have ever created any PIN also.
