i have the same problem and i want to ask you if you resolved the problem. I previously tried the link what the Support Team sent you but i was not succesful.

If that doest help then please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

My phone got locked as i switched my sim cards i tried all in my possesion to unlock it but failed i tried unlock service on antitheft but it didnt work, I did password reset for it and again entered but it was in  vain and at last I removed ma device from antitheft but still ma phone is locked.even i sent an e mail to avg but no respond.what to do?
