Hello guys. I have a problem here with my phone is locked. I changed my simcard and forgot my anti theft password, l went to avg website and changed the password. Here is the problem now, the new password l have it doesn't open my phone.when am entering it says " wrong password" please help

In this case, I request you to submit the issue to our mobile team by following below mentioned steps:
click on this link: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales .
Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and in description mention this case number: 06002999. Finally click on the option "answer via email".
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.

May I know if you are being asked for a 4 digit pin or a password on the lock screen? Please provide an image of the lock screen that you are receiving on your device. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
