Anti-theft pattern unlock failure does not trigger AVG taking photo of unauthorised use

Anti theft will take a picture if the pin number is entered incorrectly three times. If I change the unlock method to pattern, the anti theft does not notice if the pattern is entered incorrect numerous times. Have I missed something or is this something missing from anti theft.

Thank you for your detail information.
Please be informed that AVG Anti-theft application has only PIN number to activate it and it doesn't have pattern lock as an option.
Could you please add the screenshot of it? so that we can assist you better.

Thank you for providing us the screenshot. Please be informed that if the pattern is from AVG Anti-theft you would have got AVG Anti-theft on the pattern lock screen. Since this issue is not with AVG we request you to contact device manufacture for support to get your issue fixed.

On mobile I have to go in settings and change to view desktop webpage in order to see editing options. Point to remember for mobile users

This is a response from avg, I am confused why they want a screenshot but the point is anti theft died not support pattern unlock, from what I can tell.
