Anti theft pin on phone with avg antivirus

My phone is locked with pin number with avg i do not remember pin number, now my phone is locked and says to enter the pin.  Alarm sounds with "this phone is lost or stolen"  I cannot use phone menus or access interenet, how am i going to unlock my phone?
