I have an Alcatel A3 is broken so I have moved my SIM to my wife's old Alcatel Pixi.  At first the SIM worked but now AVG Anti-Theft has locked the Pixi stating due to SIM change.  I have tried my SIM Pin, no luck and my wife's SIM PIN no luck.  I now get a message when I clicked on I have forgotten my PIN and the message tells me the PIN has been sent to my e-mail address.  It has not appeared, on my Yahoo, my Hotmail and my Gmail, I have looked in spam no luck.  How do I get AVG to help?
