We regret for the inconvenience you are facing with the Antitheft feature. If you have installed AVG AntiVirus on your phone you might have enabled Anti-Theft service. If you change the SIM card the device will be locked automatically. To unlock the device, you need to use your Anti-Theft password.
If you have forgotten Anti-Theft password or when it doesn't accept the password please follow these steps on the article http://avgread.me/1WvQqze . Do not remove your device from the Remote Management at avgmobilation, Removing the device will keep it locked. Also device must be connected to a known network Use your AVG MyAccount or Google Account.
so I got a new sim today for my phone and I didn't turn off the anti theft software before I put the new sim in I am now locked out of my phone and have been all day I have opened the remote management and it will not unlock from there it asking for a password everything ive tried its saying incorrect password I cannot access my settings or use my phone at all ive contacted you twice via telephone and messaged once already on here but to no avail the message must not of sent properly I haven't been able to use my phone all day I would like to know what to do please

If the issue still persists please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" inspite of using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option.
