Anti-theft Wrong username or password

Hi, having the same problem again…
When I try to login to Anti-Theft I get
"Wrong username or password"
I am using the correct ones, cause I can login to my avgaccount, but I cannot iogin to find my mobile, from Anti-Theft screen.
Any tips?

Hi, I have the problem again…
When I try to login to Anti-Theft I get "Wrong username or password". I already try to change password manytimes but also failed.
I am using the correct ones, cause I can login to my avgaccount, but I cannot iogin to find my mobile from Anti-Theft screen.

It's 25th of June, I just bought AVG Ultimate yesterday and I have the same problem. The password I am logging in with is 100% correct, I made sure by changing it an extra time (because for some reason on of my devices did not accept my password in AVG Zen, despite the fact that the remaining 3 devices did, I made extra sure it was the correct one by preview, typing in one-by-one character and even copy-pasting). After the login change I could make the device to log in to my AVG Account as well as I can log in on AVG website, but the avgmobilation.com website does not accept my login/password.
Dear AVG, maybe it's high time to fix this issue? I hope it is fixed within a few days.
