Anti Trac Working?

Have subscription to AntiTrac. Every time open it get the "OK to make changes?" dialogue box.
Click ok and takes me to AntiTrac screen, apparently without changing anything. Number of blocks is very low. Like 30 all time and zero today, Some of websites I frequent (Jaloknik, Lifehacker, Google, Amazon) are know for tracking. I previously used Ghostery and it was showing at least daily double digit blocks routinely. What's up?

No luck.

Couldn't do the bit about entering user name as Windows told me that wasn't my user name. Although settings said it is. But couldn't find any rememant of AntiTrac whereever I looked.

Reinstalled OK except didn't ask me for activation code. However, when opened up app and checked the code was already there. Still have problem that every time open app get dialogue box asking ok to make changes.

Use Firefox. It is enabled and extension installed. Visited a few websites (Clickhole, Jalopnik, The Onion, Lifehacker, Google). AntiTrac shows no activity. Tscking detection is on. No unpertected browsers. Cookie clearing schedule is off. I have used in manually in the past.

Under "My tracks" shows 3150 for Firefox. Also shows minimal tracks for Explorer and Edge (neither of which I use on purpose). Think These stats may be hangover from previous install. But have hard time believing that with 3150 tracks only 30 required blocking.

Suggestions???

Hi John,

We apologize for the experience with AVG AntiTrack.

I recommend you refer the below article and follow the steps as instructed and check if the tracking activity is detected.
