I have bought and activated Anti Track. However, I keep getting emails saying I haven't activated my Anti Track, and giving me an activation code. But I have activated it. When I look at my subscriptions on AVG, it says it's active. What's going on?

I don't think you've read the quesiton properly. I don't have an issue on my computer. Anti Track IS activated. I don't need to reactivate it. My only problem is that you keep emailing me telling me it isn't. I'm using MacOS Big Sur, version 11.4.

However, we've checked our records & we can see that your 'AVG AntiTrack for MacOS' subscription hasn't been activated on any devices.
Hence, we had asked you to reactivate your AVG AntiTrack once.
If your AVG subscription is not activated in your device, you'll receive email notifications informing you to about the same.
Nevertheless, if you think that your AVG AntiTrack has already been activated, please check & mention the expiration date that is being displayed in your AVG AntiTrack.

Do you see any expiry notice or warning message when you open AVG AntiTrack? If you do not see, please ignore the email you received. It is an automatically trigged notification to remind you about the activation after placing a new order with AVG.
