May I know the operating system of your computer where you try to install AVG Anti-Track?

I bought  the Anti Track program.When I opened it I get a grey dark window with this sentence:
 "ERROR.AVG Anti Track needs to restart.Please press the OK and then re-open AVG Anti Track after close"
1)- no OK button .
2)-closing this window on X(upper right) ,its closing the installing sequence.<br>3)- I all ready try to stop the AVG anti virus program and reinstall the AVG Anti Track.Doesn&#39;t work.<br>4)- Its annoying that you cannot e-mail to AVG for assistance . 
   Somebody,please help me!

Since the issue persist even after reinstalling AVG Anti-Track, we request you to analyze the root cause of it.
Hence, we have sent an email which has instruction on how to get connected with our additional support.
Once you get connected with them, they will be able to assist further on this matter.
