Anti track is blocking my pc

Please let us know the operating system of your computer & the version of AVG AntiTrack.
Also, clarify whether there is any other security software installed on your computer & have you tried optimizing your computer using AVG TuneUp.

Thank you for the information. Can you please try to reinstall AVG Anti-track program once and check whether you still faces system freeze issue?

Also, uninstall unwanted programs from the PC and check it. Keep us updated. Thanks.

The laptop I'm having problems with is a Windows 7 one and the version of AVG Anti Track is 2.3.0.104
and No so far I haven't used AVG Tune Up since I installed the software last week but I have used it before then.

I recently installed a more up-to-date version of AVG with Anti Track. I had no problems with AVG before.
Now when shutting down my PC the Anti Track program will not close and I have to force it. On top of that problem yesterday and today my laptop has frozen many times.
Does anyone have any ideas?
