Anti-track not turning on with safari browser on my Mac

Hello…had avg's Vanesh doing a remote control  check on my pc yesterday. He did an uninstall/re-install of avg but this did not cure the problem, so he said he needed to pass things over to someone higher up and that they would email me soon. Now 24 hours and not heard anything yet from anyone?

Hello, I have anti-track installed on my Mac …but for some reason it won’t allow me to turn it on in my safari browser. I just get a message in red saying “ Not enabled”  also I see in the box above it say’s  “Digital fingerprint protection” don’t know why it says that!

Can someone help please?

I have just checked and I see that my safari browser is not up to date, it is running version 15.6.1 and having googled, the latest update it is now version 16.3  the release date given for this new update is. 28th January 2023
