I installed anti-track a few weeks ago.  It worked well, until a couple of day ago.  I started receiving constant popups wanting to show me how many attempts had been made, when I went to the menu to turn them off, I noticed all the tracking had been switched off.  I turn it on, it turns it off.  No matter what I do, it won't stay on.
