How long should it take to install the Anti Tracking device? It's been at least 3 days that the "Randomizing your fingerprint" has been loading. Why is this taking so long?

Usually, AVG AntiTrack installation doesn't take much time. From your description, it seems that the process is stuck. Please restart your computer once & check, if the program loads fine.
