Hi Peg,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please disable website tracking that is available in the AntiTracking tile of AVG AntiTrack once & let us know the outcome.
I've installed anti-tracking and it's proving to be a nightmare. I've been trying to reach a particular website only to get a notification that I am not secure. It has slowed up all sorts of things - like trying to order food deliveries on-line. If this goes on I think I'll have to uninstall. Can't find the Whitelisted websites title either. I know I'm not very technically minded, but this is causing real grief. If someone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful. Thanks.
Peg

Hi Dinesh,
First of all, many thanks for the swift response to my email. I have disabled Anti-Tracking and tried again to get onto the websites I was having probs with yesterday. The first one was my attempts to get onto the British Origami Society - and quite honestly I think it is them and not AntiTrack. The notice came up:
"This site uses an outdated security configuration, which may expose your information (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards) when it is sent to this site.
NET::ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION"
No doubt you know what they are talking about, but with my limited knowledge it was just frustrating.
The other website was to Sainsburys - we are vulnerable users and get a slot regularly every week. I had a wobble with them yesterday, but I have tried again this morning and everything seems to be back to normal. I suppose thet problem might have been affected by Anti-Track, but if you think it's OK, I'll start up AntiTrack again and then see what happens. If all is well, then my thanks again for the swift response and my apologies for any inconvenience. Hope that's OK with you.
Regards,
Peg
