I understand how difficult this is for you. Please reinstall AntiSpam component from AVG and check if that fix the issue.
Please open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->AntiSpam. Click on the same to uninstall, after computer restart go to same location to reinstall.

Since the new program Software update the anti virus add in at out look 2016 causes a crash of Outlook 2016. In Addition the anti spam don't appear after a new Installation, even activated in AVG.
I experienced this mess with Kaspersky and changed to AVG. Now the same mess seems to start with AVG.
How to fix this problem?

We have received this complaint from few of our customers and we are in need of AVG log files to identify what is causing the issue.
I have sent an email instruction on how to collect and send us the AVG log files.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
While sending the log files, do attach the screenshot of Outlook crash message that appears when AVG is enabled.

It doesn't slove the problem.
Before you suggest to de- and re-install AVG or Office 365, I did this already without success.
The problem is caused by your last update as you can read in another later post here too. No spam filter and outlook crashes caused by anti virus add in.
Please fix it and publish an udate of your software asap.
