I recently had to take my computer to a local service provider for an update. Your Anti-tracking software made my computer so slow I could not use it anymore. The service provider removed it from my computer. I no longer want this software and instruct you NOT to charge my credit card in the future for this software or your anti-virus software once my contract expires on it. I will be obtaining software from a local provider that I trust. Thank you Shirley
