When I downloadede the AVG anti virus it shut down my pc & now I can't get past my password in both of my accounts on my computer, because it tells me I'm entering the wrong password. Which has been the same password i have entered for 3 years. Why has this happened to me & Why is this my 2nd email to use with no reply, what so ever
