Anti-Virus Update

Hi Marc,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Please reboot your computer.  After reboot, open AVG Anti-Virus.
Click on "Options"  -> Advanced settings  -> Update  -> Click on + near "Update"  -> Click on "Update"  -> "Delete Temporary update files"
Now update your AVG Anti-Virus.

My Anti_virus Update has been stuck on 60% complete and is not going any further. What can I do to get this update completed. Thanks.
