You can get refund for the recent renewal of AVG AntiVirus from this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm. We also see that you have active subscription of two active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security one for single computer and other for 2 computers, both these subscriptions are valid till 2019.

For some years I've been using AVG Anti-virus. Lastly I bought and installed AVG Internet Security. They both used to function before some trojan issues. After resolution of the trojan problem, only the AVG Internet Security works. I have an error against the Anit-Virus and cannot reactivate nor update it. It says "No Active Components".
Thing is I've just paid for renewals of both products!
Do I need both products or only the AVG Internat Security? Does this embody the virus protection of the AVG Anti-Virus product?
How can I secure a refund for the redundant Anti-Virus Licence I just renewed?
