AVG Antivirus used to work on my Mac. When I updated to High Sierra, it stopped working. No response when I tried to run it.  After reinstalling AVG, I got an error message stating that AVG extensions had to be allowed. I went to Security and under General clicked on Allow AVG tab that was there.  The message went away. Restarted my Mac, but nothing happens when I try to run AVG Antivirus. The icon flashes, but no visible result. The Activity Monitor does not show an AVG process running.

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Reinstalled, but still will not launch.  I tried to send support_pkg zip file,  but AVG rejected my eMail. (I did not alter the subject line.)
