Interface says update required when I update it says successful but when I return to inter face its still red saying update required. I have the same problem on three other computers.  ?

Helen, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
