Hello Steve,
We're sorry to hear this.
Is the issue persists with all browsers or any particular browser?
Are you receiving any blocking popup? If yes, could you please share the screenshot of it to investigate further?

Only in the last month or so, AntiTrack has blocked access to my bank website. How can I avoid this issue?
Nisha, thank you for your comments. I have had this issue with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. In no case has there been any blocking popup or other error message. The only way I realized that AntiTrack was the issue was by fianlly looking at the Tracking History which showed the following:
Tracking attempt blocked!
Tracking source: https://eslpersonalbanking.esl.org ...
On website: eslpersonalbanking.esl.org
Tracking source: https://eslpersonalbanking.esl.org ...
On website: eslpersonalbanking.esl.org
As a test, I disabled "tracking protection and detection" under AntiTrack Settings, and then was successful to log into my on-line banking.

Nisha, thank you for your comments. I have tried using Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all with the same results. No blocking popup or error message whatsoever. After several emails with the IT analyst via my online banking website, I finally started to look at various settings on AntiTrack. Looking at the Tracking History reports, I noticed that there had numerous blocked tracking attempts on the exact website page that I was being locked out; one example follows:
Tracking attempt blocked!
Tracking source: https://eslpersonalbanking.esl.org/dbank/live/static/js/86.30c2cf3c.chunk.js

As a test, I disabled "tracking protection and detection" in the AntiTrack settings, and then signed into my on-line banking website without any problem. I know that there was a new version of the software loaded Aug 17, 2021, but I do not know if that has anything to do with this issue. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Steve
