AntiTrack blocking a site I have set as allowed

I can not access my email via my domain host as AntiTrack keeps blocking it. I have set the site as an allowed website and it still does it. I need to access my emails as I have found out that they are no longer forwarding due to a change in our Google account.

I also added a site to the allowed that was typed incorrectly and when I click on the trash bin nothing happens.

I have shut down and restarted and still no change.

I have other allowed sites that are working fine.

How to fix??
