Please share us the screenshot of the error message that you receive for better clarity.
I have been receiving the following message. "! ERROR - Not able to detect LOCAL file path. Please connect to support." Although it might seem obvious to some, I am not sure how to resolve this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
