AntiTrack fails to turn on Browser Protection after updatng to Sequoia

I am not able to turn the web protection after updating to Sequoia even updating. to 15.0.1 the latest release. If anyone is experiencing the same?

The similar issue was reported back in 2021 on a M1 device.  And I am using M2 Pro MBP.
