AntiTrack Installation Issue

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, we'd like to clarify that an user needs to finish the installation process by clicking on complete in the AntiTrack installation wizard.
The installation wizard will show the progress bar, which is usual (even after the installation is finished).
From your description, it seems that the setup file is placed on your desktop & it is prompting to install each time, when you attempt to run.
To ensure this, share us the screenshot of the message that you receive while accessing the app.

It seems there is an installation issue with the AntiTrack app. It shows that the installation is complete, but it keeps rendering that it is still installing? Today a Windows message also popped up to notify that there was a Windows problem with AntiTrack and it was going to repair it. Yet the app seems to be working, although every time I manually open the App it asks for Windows to install it. Please explain.

Thank you for the screenshot. Could you please restart the PC once and check whether you can see AVG Anti-track icon in the desktop of the device? 

Also, can you please open Control panel and check whether AVG Anti-track is shows in the installed program list? Keep us updated. Thank you.

I haven't restarted the PC again, I did so after my first installation, which I deleted this morning and re-installed to see whether that would change the issues as above. But they still remained.
AVG Anti-Track shows in the installed program list and the icon is displayed on the desktop of the device, Yet, every time I open the App, the first picture, above, appears on the desktop screen. Surely that shouldn't be the case?
