So... your "developers" are still learning how to read, right? After few years going to school... maybe they learn coding a simple program?
I wiil NOT install a remote control program in my computer, sorry...
Just FIX THE BUGS in your crappy software!!!

It would have been EXTREMELY helpful if AVG had announced that there was an issue with ANTITRACK - I spent nearly two days trying to sort this… Sending private emails is all well and good (assuming we idnentify that your software is the problem) but the number of hours it has cost us in trying to identify and fix the problem is scandalous. You dont seem to have any problem sending us information when you are trying to sell more and more of your software!!! Come on AVG sort your stuff out. Some form of compensation would not go amiss!!!

We will release the patch in the next version update as soon as possible.
Our AVG developers are still working on it and will be fixed at the earliest.
Also you will get the notification for next update in AVG AntiTrack program.
