That's unfortunate the issue persists.
I see from your record that the license code for AVG AntiTrack is valid till 01/30/2020.
Please share the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message you receive when you try to activate AVG AntiTrack to proceed further.
I had a few problems and you sorted them all out a few days back, one of them was AntoTrack kept asking for a licence key every time I tried to open it. You gave me a new key and I entered it and it worked fine.
Tonight I tried to open it and it asked for a licence key again, and I tried the key you sent me but it said it was expired and I need another key I assume?
Would some kind soul be good enough to tell me what to do please? I know im always here asking, but I don't know what else to do you see :)

Thanks for your valuable time, but happilly I have resolved this issue. I logged on today and it was fine!!
Obviously a Gremlin in the works! LOL
There is anpther issue though, I asked for my new email address (ending outlookl.com) to replace my old email (ending hotmail.com) and was told it had been done, but for some reason logging into this page (AVG Community Support) my old email is there and I have to change it every time. The password is correct, just not the email address. I know youve changed it because you writie to me on my new address email… its a little odd?

Thank you for providing us the information, Colin.
We see that the old email address is autofilled, as the login credentials are svaed to your browser. If you remember the password, you can remove the saved login & then you'll be able to update the new login credentials after logging into the community page. To help you with this, let us know the browser that you use.

We're glad to help you with it, Colin.
To remove the saved password on Edge : Open Edge - Click on Menu (3 dots at top right) - Select Settings - choose 'Passwords & Autofill' (in left pane, key icon) - Manage passwords - Find avg.com with your old email address & right click on it to Delete credential.
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.

My browser is "Edge", but I have just tried to login with variations of what I think was my old password
and it wouldnt Sir. I think im certain the old password was right, but you need to remember I have issues with memory due to my illness Dinesh. I destroyed the old password too.
Look Dinesh, im happy just to log in manually if this is becoming a nuisance.
