Hello! I copied my new licence number from the renewal email into the AVG main window Menu-> "Enter your activation code" and get "Sorry, something went wrong". When I enter the new code via the app itself, then I get that the format of the code is wrong. Then the window closes, AntiTrack opens for a second and closes. What can I do ?
