Could you mention the version of the AVG program?

Has anyone else encountered this and have a work around? Granted, I'm on an old system and I'm in the process of building a new one. But even when finished with the new system, I not sure I want a software product that is this much of a hog. It currently renders my pc unusable for 5 minutes when starting up. Nothing else will launch. I have currently disable the antitrack service, and may just request a refund, or certainly not renew.
