I've upgraded to OS Ventura and now constantly get the message that AntiTrack can't activate and must be removed (or something along those lines).
I can't uninstall it as it won't allow me. But it's pretty intrusive and I'd like to get it fixed.

You needn't worry, as having a M1 Pro chip instead of an Intel chipset will not cause this issue.
