Downloading an updated version, using our license number and after waiting a LONG time, received a genetic error code… Have paid for licenses out to June and it's a waste of our money, to pay for something that as just gone inactive… For no apparant reason!
All components are suddenly unactive… I cannot sign in or create an account on your website, had to use FB to post this… My email address is being completely ignore, trying to recover my password. Our licenses are good until June 2016… I get a connection is offline error, when trying to do any updates, or reactivate my software… What is going on?

Btw… I'm the one to discover & fix the issue… Most techs think they are dealing with kindergarteners & start off with the stupidest, most elementary questions… They should listen 1st.
I have the paid version. None of these answers helped at all. There was an compatibility issue with the brand new version of my Seamonkey browser… Unacceptable… Had to use my iPhone to even establish "My Account"… Then spent WAY too long, uninstalling & reinstalling software… No changes had been made to my laptop in months… For a software to just become "corrupt" is so highly improbable, it infuriates me…
