I have had my tune up renewed automatically by avg, however the Antivirus was not done like this and I just got a message that I had reverted to Basic Protection, I think it was £49 .
I renewed my Antivirus using Paypal for £35 88 but had problems with authentication first try because it identified me as " ukdoc2001@hotmail.com" which was my OLD email address, my new email (which I have told you about, is colin.roberts70@outlook.com. I cannot complete my purchase because of this, can you change my email to the new current one please?

I misunderstood, I didnt realise that I am still showing basic protection only… can you also tell me if I have bought AVG ULTIMATE today please? This is what I had before and it was excellent
