Let us work together to fix the issue.
Please check which component of AVG Internet Security is causing the issue. To do so, turn OFF each component of AVG one by one and check if you are able to access Siemens license server. Have a look into this article for the instructions and keep us posted here.

hello everyone.
i am using a Siemens CDF engineering software and i have to disable AVG each time i want to connect the software with the Siemens license server.
 why this happens? how to fix it?
