I really hope I can get answer here or by email (see below).
In November of 2018 I paid for my 2 products through my account. However I am currently only seeing the Antivirus Pro, the AVG cleaner says it requires a payment, any idea why I paid for 2 products but only have 1.
I have a different phone but it is an Android and I downloaded both Cleaner & Antivirus to my new phone approximately 4 weeks ago and now I have issues. I am logged in on both products and I have tried several times to get this resolved. I have tried the support button several times with my question but have not yet heard back so I thought I would give this a try.
I would like to get this straightened out so I do not continue to have issues.
