Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
When i started my computer this morning windows apparently ran some updates and my AVG anitvirus from my Ultimate membership disappeared but my dashboard is still there and my PC cleanup tool still works. And since ultimate has no license number I don't know how to get my antivirus back.
